Snowman Ornament

I love to do arts and craft projects so I decided to try to do one with Brooklyn. We make a snowman ornament out of foam pieces.

A visit to Mr. and Mrs. Claus

We went to visit Mr. & Mrs. Claus. Brooklyn and Nykia were every excited to meet him and tell him about how good they have been. I was afraid that Brooklyn would scream and cry, but she loved him.

These are from last year. What a difference a year makes. Both girls have gotten so much bigger.

Thanksgiving!

We hosted our first Thanksgiving. It was a huge success! We had about 28 of our friends and family attend. My mom was a huge help, as she made most of the food. I didn't get a chance to take a lot of pictures, but we had a great time.

Happy Halloween!

I know it's almost Thanksgiving and I'm just posting Halloween pictures.We had a great time trick or treating. Nykia was dress as Sharpei from High School Musical and Brooklyn was Minnie Mouse. 

It was hard to get Brooklyn to stand still for a picture. She was trying to pick every leaf off of our tree.

Aquarium Fun

I have been slacking with updating the blog. We went to the aquarium a couple of weeks ago. We had a great time and Brooklyn loved all the fish.

18 Months!!!!!! Where is my baby???

Today Brooklyn is 18 months. Where has the time gone? She is a happy, active toddler who NEVER sits still. And we love every moment of it. I didn't take a picture today because she is sick with a cold.Look at how she has grown:

The Pumpkin Patch

We went to Linvilla Orchards to celebrate the coming of fall! Brooklyn loved the pumpkins and the hayride. Here are a few pictures:

The Academy

Ty is currently in the Police Academy. Last night they had a friends and family night. We meet his Classmates and Instructors along with the Chief of Police. He has about 5 more months to go until graduation. We are so proud of him. Here are a few pictures.:
